R21 aroud pipes, safety?

Is it safe to have Ultratouch R-21 snuggled against pipes in a dropped ceiling?

I thinks its OK but I just need some reassurance my studio is not going to burn down tonight!

There should be no problem. Just keep it away from ducting that vents off exhaust from let say a water heater, heater or boiler. But for general AC ducts, and water pipes and the like, you are perfectly safe.
