ceiling help?

for ceiling reflection. is lighter density better? i can get 1.5 inch 8lb rockwool 4x2- board panels or should i stick with 6lb 2" roxul wool panels. im gonna wrap it in fabric and screw it to the drywall ceiling with the big fender washers in several spots in my live record room. dont really have the space to do a cloud or any spacing. thanks!

Lightbulb

The best density depends partly on the thickness of the material. For ceiling reflections, 4 inch thick material of almost any density is fine.
