Help! This room sounds awful :P

Recently moved in to a new rented place and I've got the garage as my work shop/studio/toy room
being a rental I can't make any permanent changes to the walls or roof
I don't know It could ever be made good enough for recording but I would be good if I could improve it for mixing

What is the size of the room? Do you have a layout we can see? Pretty much bass trap all corners, panels on back wall, set up facing the short wall (sitting back around 38% of the room length and thick absorption on the back wall.

Kind of hard to see everything (plus it kills my neck!!!!!!) but use the following as a guide for set up.
