Small room DYI bass trap questions

I'm going to make some custom DYI's bass traps and absorbers. My room is 14'x9.5'x8'.The back wall last 2' is a open closet filled with clothes.(the right side has a 2' wall then the door on the east wall).

Yes... I know ..bass traps, bass traps, bass traps...fill those corners floor to ceiling...1st reflection absorbers, clouds in front and back ceiling!!

I have a few "my room"questions

#1. I want to use speaker cabinet grill cloth(I'm eying SVT 60's or 70's) .I know it is more expensive than burlap ( I don't care) ...is it going to have any problems with too much reflection or not enough absorption..or both?Is there a "type" of grill cloth that will accomplish this better?

#2.Can I get away with two 2'x4'x4" instead of 2'x4'x6" on the back "wall" since the back 2' is clothes?

#3. do I need 2 front wall traps?absorbers (2'x4'x2") or bass traps(2'x4'x4")

#4. will 4 long wall absorbers(2 per wall) instead of 2 make a big difference?

1# I don't have any testing but believe that most grill cloth is pretty transparent. In fact we did some panels for a customer using fender tweed and it did look pretty darn cool.

2# Yes

3# It really depends on if you have a problem with SBIR (Learn what is SBIR (Speaker Boundary Interface Response).). I would put those up last and see if you hear a difference. Needless to say I would make them 4" if possible.

4# Are you talking about for the early reflection points? If so YES it will as it will cover a larger area as you do move you head around when mixing.

Sounds like we have been driving the point home pretty well.
