703 & 705 in San Diego

Hey everyone! I'm embarking on my first adventure into DIY panels & would like to know if anyone has any ideas or if anyone knows where I can get some 703 & 705 here in San Diego. I'm actually in Poway/Rancho Bernardo but I don't care about a long drive.

Thanks to anyone willing to share some info.
Very Much Appreciated

Hey Ted,
I live in San Marcos, and I just picked up some mineral wool in San Diego from a place called Pacific Insulation. The product is called Roxul RHM60A, and it's at a 6 lb. density. They're sold in packs of five 2"x24"x48" panels. I bought 3 packs (15 panels), and it cost me about $110. I have yet to turn them into bass traps though (I'm hoping to get started towards the end of next week).
If you're looking specificially for 703, A-M-S sells it, but they have to order it, as they don't carry it in stock, and they quoted me alot of $$$ (don't remember exactly, but it cost more than ordering it myself from ATS acoustics).
Keep us updated if you find any other locations that sell rigid mineral wool, or fiberglass.

CWCI also sells 703/705 and Roxul stuff and they have it in stock and will sell to walkins and are nice people!

A six pack of the Roxul 60 stuff was about 38 bucks.

Does anyone in San Diego still need some 703 insulation? I want to buy a 6 pack of 2", but they only sell it in a 12 pack at CWCI. It costs $1.70 sqft so the total for a 12 pack would be $163.20 plus tax.

Well I ended up getting a full pack of 12 even though I don't need that many. If anyone wants singles, I'll sell them for $15 each. I'm in Mira Mesa. Just reply to this thread or message me.
