Jacket and density of fiberglass?

Making a bill of materials for some fiberglass and it's asking for density (3# or 6#) and jacket (all service jacket, foil scrim kraft, or plain) and wanted to know what to choose. There is also a selection for thickness, but that's easy to understand!

Also, I've read Johns Manville and Owen Corning fiberglass panels are the same, is that true? Johns Manville is about half the price!
