What are these foam tubes called?

I tried a few searches, but to no avail. I was wondering if anyone knew what these foam tubes are called and what they're main purpose is. In other videos of travis barker during recording, his set is completely surrounded by those things.

if placed with care, it can eliminate flutter or unwanted reflections while retaining a sense of room ambiance. They are especially effective when rearranging a large room for various uses.

Also, they are cheap to make:

Thanks pfosk. Have you made any of these tubes? I found one site that said you can use those cardboard cement mould tubes and fill them w/sand. That just doesn't sound as good to me. But maybe it works! I don't know. I'll see where the closest place to get some of those Knauf tubes are.

No that will not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There is no magic in absorption being round or flat. If you make them round I would recommend making them as large as possible.

are you referring to the cardboard ones, or round ones in general. And I get the feeling that generally you would prefer the standard rectangular bass traps over the round ones anyway.

Using sand. As a far as cardboard I guess it could work if filled with fiberglass but you would need to test it to make sure.

As far as tube vs rectangular. Either will work if the size is the same.
