I have downloaded the Greek version with graphs. The 75 kg/m3 has a better theoretical absorption of 0.4 at 125 than the 175 kg/m3 that has 0.2. My opinion is that the 75kg/m3 is the most appropriate in terms of value for money because:

1. It is very common in use and it doesnt need to be ordered in advance, so the price is good

2. The higher density rockwools need to to be ordered in advance so this means bigger quantity of order only (they will not make you just 5 packets for you). Even if you find something better that the 75 it will not be double in terms of performance but it will probably cost double.

3. In overall it may end up buying more 75kg/m3 with the same money so you can benefit by treating more areas except the corners. Of course the corners are important but you can improve the performance by leaving a gap before placing to the wall

I will give an example of the panels i made in the control room. I used 5cm 75kg/m3 all around with a 15 cm gap at the back to improve the low end performance. Sure i could put 20 cm of rockwool all around but it would be 4 time the original price but it wouldnt mean that it will be 4 times the performance.

It is all a balance of performance for the money you spend

GREAT POST. This also holds true for OC 703 and OC705
