How to treat my small room? (pix+vid)

I've decided that I'm going to build myself some bass traps (4", 4'x2'), but I'm not sure how many I should build, or where to place them.
Room Layout Picture: (measurements taken in inches)

As you can see, I have a sink area attached to my room. When I am in my sink area, the bass/low end of my music is almost gone (which is a good thing I assume, since I don't mix my music inside that little area).
I mix from behind my desk. To my left is the sink area, and to my right is a window. You can see the window in the video here:

Any help is appreciated very much. (also, the bass is very loud if I stand in the back of the room, and weakens as I walk closer to the desk)

Here's my standard blurb which will get you 99 percent of the way there. All rooms need:

* Broadband (not tuned) bass traps straddling as many corners as you can manage, including the wall-ceiling corners. More bass traps on the rear wall behind helps even further. You simply cannot have too much bass trapping. Real bass trapping, that is - thin foam and thin fiberglass don't work to a low enough frequency.

* Mid/high frequency absorption at the first reflection points on the side walls and ceiling.

* Some additional amount of mid/high absorption and/or diffusion on any large areas of bare parallel surfaces, such as opposing walls or the ceiling if the floor is reflective. Diffusion on the rear wall behind you is also useful in larger rooms.

For the complete story see my Acoustics FAQ.

There's a lot of additional non-sales technical information on my company's web site - articles, videos, test tones and other downloads, and much more.

I would start with 4" panels floor to ceiling in as many corners, made from mineral wool or rigid fiberglass. Next hit the early reflection points (What Are Early Reflection Points. SPOTLIGHT:Bob Ebeling - Revolution Studio) on the side walls and ceiling. I would also recommend placing thick panels on the back wall to help with nulls and peaks coming from that area. See the following layout to help out.
