Exclamation Acoustic Isolation for my "mic box"

Hello!
I live with other people, I don't want to disturb them, so I'm making a small box to sing and record my voice in my apartment.
In the future probably I'll buy a bass with a 30-40 watt amplifier.
Please could you tell me how to make a good acoustic isolation and how to have a good acoustic response from my box?
I've read in this forum about "Rockwool" and " OC 703" but I can't found it.
I was deciding for foam panels with 0.74 NRC, I've found this and this but I don't know wich is better, and for the floor isolation I've found this
The box is still incomplete, sorry for the pic

Please could you help me?

Those thin plywood walls are not going to keep any sound inside. You need lots more mass.
And play bass with headphones.

Thank you for the answer.
I though that the foam will absorbe sound.
What should I do?

A few do's and don'ts:

dont' make the box with width and length the same, and don't make it twice as high as it is wide...this appears to be the case from the photo.

don't assume one of the walls of the existing room to be a side of the box...again, it appears to be the case here

don't use the existing room floor for the box

don't over build the walls, and cheap out on the door

don't expect miricles

don't drywall inside of box

don't forget to wire it for power and audio

do plan a booth with different dimensions on every plain....4' wide 5' long 7' tall....ish

do frame out a floating (isolated from room's floor using neoprene rubber) floor, filled with insulation and solid subfloor and flooring on top of that...carpeting

do frame out walls with 2x4's

do fill the stud cavities with insulation (rockwool, oc 703, or a similar product available in your area)

do drywall outside of box with two layers

do add extra insualtion to the inside corners of the booth for bass trapping

do cover insulation with a breathable fabric

do use an exterior solid core door, with weather stripping

Thank you for helping.
Actually I think my errors are the thin walls and the measures.
The "Cube" (that's not a cube ok, but I named it so,lol) is 140cm*140cm*170cm (4.6' *4.6' * 5.57').
But at least I don't need something professional, I never supposed it could be, I only need to sing with my headphones connected to the pc outside the box. And don't disturb the neighbours, (I live in a building with other families) and people who live with me. I started to build this box almost for joke and desperation, because I'm tired of this situation and I NEED to sing as breathe, when I can and when I want.
I've checked for rigid fiberglass and rockwall, but here, in Italy, I've found only not rigid materials. Did someone know where can I buy it in Europe?
Thanks again
