Is Rigid Rookwool easy to cut through?

Perhaps this is a stupid question but....

The rigid panels are not the size that my frames are. Is this stuff easy enough to cut through with a standard craft knife or something to cut to the right size.

Is there any problem with doing so?

Yeah it cuts easy if you are careful but why your panels are smaller?

Much easier to be the same size with rockwool

Any kind of knife will work. Wear a mask, gloves, hat and so on.
