Rigid Insulation Comparisons (3 options help me decide the best)

so I cant find an oc 703 dealer where i am, but i found a dealer with a couple of equivalents, and the absorption numbers look like they dwarf the 703 across the board. so i was wondering if too much is too much? is 703 the standard because its absorption properties are "just right" compared to others? the roxul RHF 40 4" has numbers above 1 all the way across 125-4000k? am i reading this wrong? so heres my 3 options. id have to order the 703 online and the other 2 are available locally. Which one should i use. thanks guys

Lightbulb

You want as much absorption as possible, down to as low a frequency as possible. Absorption specs are often misleading, not due to fraud but just because of all the variables. This article explains it all:

Go Roxul

The Roxul products should be absolutely fine. 3 to 4 pcf for most purposes. Go higher density if you are straddling corners. I seem to remember that Roxul HT is the least toxic product in this thread. Safer than Cotton etc.
