Shape of a vocal booth

I was told a small booth is awfull. Which would be a better choice a 4'x6'x8' booth or one like the following in the picture?

It's better...but are you really sure you need one? You might be better off spending that money treating a room you already have...then your mixes improve *and* your tracking improves. There are other ways to take some of the room out of the mic...
