Thread Starter | Absorption Coefficients Below 125hz?
I am trying to figure out what the performance is of 703, 705, and 1280 is below 125hz. The specs I have seen only go down to 125hz. The area I am most concerned about is below 125 hz, down to 30hz. Any specs for this range anywhere?

You should look at the specs regarding gas flow resistance, insert this figure into an absorber calculate to estimate the performance below 125hz.

The BBC stated that the thickness should be around 4% of the wavelength of the frequency, so for ex. 30Hz would be 1130/30= 37.66* .04= 1.5' or 18". This is for Full absorption. |
