Thread Starter | Ceiling soffit Hey all, I've been kicking around this plan for my room. The soffits will house small recessed lights and have a wood veneer face. I'm hoping to double this soffit as a bass trap. Any thoughts on this? |

| It should work pretty well. Any problems you are having? Glenn |

| Make the soffit as large as possible. And obviously the casing needs to be porous or thin so bass can get through to the insulation inside. --Ethan
