hanging traps from plaster board ceiling

Hi Guys,

I'm in the process of planning treatment for my room. As I previously posted it is an attic conversion, so the room is built in to the roof frame. Th ceiling walls are (I presume) plasterboard, when I tap them I get a hollow-ish noise, very unlike a solid wall.

Since I will be wanting to hang a couple (if not more) cloud traps above my head, I was wondering on the best way to do this without causing too much damage to the plasterboard.

Is there some kind of widget that'll stick to the walls (instead of screwing in) so I can do the usual picture wire thing ?

I'm sure someone has had this problem before.

Thx

Iwan

Not likely. Most acoustic panels weigh 5 to 10 pounds or more, and for that you need more than Scotch tape and spit.
