Auralex diffusors Dear Friends, Are the Auralex styrofoam diffusors worth installing? Does the styrofoam absorb as well as diffuse? Thanks, Gary

Styrofoam is closed cell foam and will reflect sound (depending on the density). It will not absorb. The effectiveness of the diffuser will depend upon the design and the depth....which were you thinking of? Jason

Auralex diffusors Likely a bunch of the DST-R. My room sounds good. Hoping these will make it better. Just hoping to make the upper mids and highs, sweeter. Gary
