ceilling resonates @ 148 HZ

hi slutz,
my system ceilling resonates at 148 above my mix positon.i hear a modal peak at 148 hz and the ceilling is vibrating.
what can i do? should i angle the ceilling above the mix position or make some resonator holes?

Fluffy Fiberglass one foot thick laid on top of the ceiling from above should help reduce the vibration. Then add bass traps inside the room.
