Chicago Area slutz, new studio build in progress

Hey all,
Just giving all the local slutz a heads up. We're currently renovating the former DAM Recording space in Chicago's west loop, adding a second control room, redoing all of the acoustics and adding a bunch of tasty equipment.

I'll be blogging the entire construction process and all are welcome to observe and comment. Mirrored posts on TapeOp's forum and John Sayer's studio construction forum- links below.
