Help interpret room data

HI everyone, I generated this room data using the technique described on RealTraps - Test Tone CD . I am a hobbyist, I have my mixing setup in the same room that we record and play, and the room is not symmetrical. Ill post pics of the room once I get home.

My questions are: does this look typical, really bad, really good? If I interpret this correctly, the variation (peaks and valleys) are due to amplified waves (peaks) and canceled waves (valleys), such that bass absorption techniques (bass traps) will even them out. Am I correct?

For those of you that are well-versed in interpreting these data, any input is very welcome. Monitors are active Bas 20/20s.

That doesn't look bad at all. You could use a bit more bass extension, though.

It looks typical. It also looks like you could use some bass traps.
