Best Sounding Control Room & Recording area

Just curious as to what is the "BEST" sounding control room and recording area -and - WHY ??

Is it because of size, ratio, shape, volume, accoustic treatment?

I think I read Ocean Way was the one that everyone loved.

Thanks in advance
