Acoustic Treatment - Acoustic Discs, Panels, Diffuser

Hello, i just wanted to know if anyone's been using these and it's effect.

seems to be budget acoustic treatment goodies but not sure which one is good.

Golden Sound Acoustic Discs
GOLDEN SOUND - ACOUSTIC DISCS (Set of 12) - Musicdirect

Echobusters - bass trap, etc
ECHOBUSTERS - BASS BUSTER LOW FREQUENCY TRAP (EA) - Musicdirect

GIK acoustics,
Real Traps, RPG, etc.

does this disc thing work like the other things? or not enough? if anyone used them before i'd like to know how well it work/didn't work. and what would you recomend?

Without absorption data you're just gambling. The quote below is from the Product Data page on the RealTraps web site.

One final point is the surprising number of acoustic product vendors who give no performance data at all. Testing in an acoustics lab is not free, but the cost is reasonable (about $1,000) for anyone running a real business. We're often asked how MiniTraps compare to various other products for which no data is offered at all. Think about that. Would you buy an expensive pair of loudspeakers without having any idea of their frequency response? Or a power amp with absolutely no distortion, noise, or even output power specs? Marketing acoustic panels without furnishing performance data tells consumers either "We have no idea if they actually work" or, worse, "We did test them and they're not very good."

FAST Audio
Much better stuff!!!!!!!!!

I think I am going to start selling pennies for $10.00 each and claim your sound will be worth a million bucks if taped under your mix desk.

Eathan and Glenn both sell quality products so you can take your pick as to who's stuff you like best.

BEWARE of the disc's and bass busters. Total crap!!
