what a great thread! Drummerman that kit is completely dope.

Here is an update on my kit, much learned from this thread and others on this board. Sounds much better and improving all the time!

Updates:

- Ditched SP C3's for a pair of Josephson C42's
- moved rack toms off kick and onto stands
- added subkick ns10 mic
- lost tom mics and replaced with r121 FOK mic
- removed rugs went with bare floor
