According to 'Jill' at Magma a simple solution is to purchase the following:

Magma - PEHIFX1

which retails for $299.00.

It is supposedly a PCIe host card to be installed into your computer that connects up to the the same cable/multipin connector that goes between your computer's standard PCI host card, & PCI expansion chassis. 'Jill' says that you can hook this up to a non-64bit chassis(in my case a 13slot expansion chassis), & it will work just fine. But, call Magma at 800.285.8990 to verify this, and this especially for your particular application.
