Shure's SM57 user guide. look at the diagrams. It shows wiring colors the same as what I have and your have in your package #2 that you think is fake. The 57 I bought a month ago does not have a third hole and the bag says made in china. The one I bought about 10 years ago does have the third hole and bag says made in mexico
