Iv did a virus check and no virus found I had a lot recently & today.
The trouble with the tasmgr began after the last one.
So I did what you said with the copy rename and safe modus.
The strange thing about is when I launch it I see just a blank taskmgr with the extensions hidden. ill explain myself a little better
I see a small white screen with 3 options,
End task, Activate and New task but the list with the extensions and running files + CPU etc is not visible and no possibility to close the taskmgr.
there must be something running because the cpu power is pretty hot even when i start up protools it gives straight away cpu over run.
