I can't afford Pro Tools HDturbo plus cubed so I have to use my crap native DAW! I deal with it. Why can't you? Go to f'in guitar center buy all their POS mics, pick one you like and return the rest. Or get the poor shmuck who works there to demo them for you. You're not buying a house! Even on minimum wage you can save up for one of these mics in 1-2 weeks!
