Ah yes, I remember now. It's weird though, I really don't have any issues whatsoever with how to get bright sounds out of the Voyager even without the Clariphonic I picked up which is an obvious solution. You can do a lot between the diff filter modes plus external EQ/distortion/compression. I always track through a Distressor with 4:1 compression which helps.
