Brainworx did the SPL plugins, and especially the Passeq is superb. It's one of the best digital "air" EQs I've heard. Excellent and very different from the UA MP. I'd own it of not for the convoluted interface (which is identical to the hardware).
Not sure how good this will be, but if it isn't developed by UA themselves Brainworx has to be one of the next best options.
