You could go one of a couple ways for this...
Benchmark DAC-1 (volume control for outpus with headphone amp). Run it off of your AES out of the L22.
Coleman M3PH is 4 stereo ins, 3 speaker outs, headphone amp. Mute on Left and Right and Mono sum (handy for checking mixes/mastering)
