A matt black (perhaps half matt half grainy textured) dynamic (super)-cardioid microphone that don't need the same amount of gain that the SM7b needs, with a better S/N-ratio and possibly a wider frequency range that's reasonably priced would be so very attractive for everybody I think!
I'd love to be a beta tester but either way I will be looking out for this since I'm looking to add to my little mic collection.
