If you want to re amp later it's a good idea to do a mockup of the sound you're looking for on plugins (like Echoboy or Crystallizer) and play with that on but record clean. It's good if you want to play with the real pedals while tracking which can be really cool. Or get the pedals set and re amp the same take twice and pan them out. Endless possibilities...
