Re-imagined for 2012-2013. So I assume something bigger will happen in 2014. But I don't assume that it will be going native. UA will only do this as last resort if sales decline drastically. I also do not believe that they will make a 16 core card. I guess they will release UAD-3 cards with new chips and a new board layout in 2014.
Can some UA user explain me how UA supports UAD-1 cards ? I understand that new plugins do not run anymore on those cards but what about driver support? |
I don't think they will ever go fully native. Some kind of hybrid native but still needing the card as a dongle maybe.
