Here comes an answer You probably don't want:
As any band with a keyboard player worth their salt used to do was play Analog synths on the road. They had road cases and were careful, just as a drummer is with his cymbals, and other stuff. To further reinforce this inclination, think of how much extra ish will be involved in Your live setup if You do what You are suggesting. More to lug, more to lag, more cable to ravel (latency?) and all that.
Don't get mi wrong, I love mi rack, big speaker cabs, pedalboard, and PK-5 footcontroller. I am all for being elaborate. I am of the school of thought to do what sounds best, and to get it in a way that requires minimal effort.
