Glad I could help! As far as more natural monitors and headphones, check out some beyer 770 headphones. And I really like pelonis model 42 near fields as well as truth audio (if you can find them). The Krk's are the brightest, most unnatural monitors I've heard honestly. On the lower budget end (less than $1200), I would check out pelonis, old tannoy reds or golds, blue sky, dynaudio, focal cms, maybe even some old b&w 805 matrix. He'll, I'd mix on tannoy reveals before I'd try the Krk's. I'd be happy to mix on the pelonis and reference for bass on the beyer cans, and often do just that.
