Do you disagree that alot of damage can be done if a psu cap blows, the better analogy is, would you drive your classic ferrari around on worn rubber that could blow out at any moment.. or rather invest a little on new rubber..
Granted I've got plenty of gear that I shouldn't recapped ages ago, but I don't find it much fun, prob pay a tech to do with when I can.
