Hi fellas!
I would like to discuss about a subject that starting to concern me BIG TIME. I'm gonna tell you an example and maybe you guyz wil understand my point of view and what i wish to know:
I want to know how do you guzy get to have a production TEAM that work with you and for you. Like a music producer at a certain time or point of your producing carreer, you happen that "gigs or contract" are coming IN so much that as ONE guy who does it all from (writing, arranging, recording etc.....), at a point you need people behind you right? To be able to get those contract and get them done in time.
Example, take Hanz Zimmer, i mean he started alone until when things started to move on and pick up then he had to have a CREW behind him that he could TRUST and the JOB DONE. But still, HANZ is the GUY BEHIND or should i say the BRAIN.
I think that i made my point and what i want to know is: How do you start or get to create your own CREW, where do you go to get those people (from recording Engineer etc...)that you can trust and that they will follow you in your adventure. And how do you PAY those people.
If anyone have an idea or suggestion, please do not hesitate.
