oh shit i didn't realize the cab has to be seperated from the amp head during XLR out usage. Okay so here's the deal I may sell my R84 Ribbon Mic's (1000 dollars each) for some neve eq's, stereo bus compressors typical outboard gear. anyway should I keep at least one R84 - i don't see why you would need to have two via dual mono on the cab but I think I will sell one R84 and perhaps use a e609 with an R84 on two mic pre's make it a stereo track. I like the sound of the XLR output "sort of" its just the acoustics in my studio room are pretty lousy. Any more suggestions on what to do PLEASE HELP ME!!! I've SPENT THOUSANDS and I WANT results!
