But actually, you're mistaking his arrogance for his passion. He's one of the few guys in our industry who you can really tell LOVES what he does. He wears it on his sleeve. To have been doing it as long as he does and still have the same attitude, that's pretty great. There's a reason why he's still at the top of his game, and it's not just skill. Too bad some people like to dismiss certain attitudes as "arrogance" instead of looking at the big picture.
