One idea would be to get a used Yamaha TG33 and use it as a MIDI joystick controller by setting it to transmit vector messages X and Y to send CC message 16 and 17 and make the mating assignment on Scope Vectron ...
Alternatively a small Doepfer A100mc + A174 joystick module + A192-2 CV to Midi module.
For my own use, I am currently using the Novation X-Station touchpad for such purpose ...
