I seriously doubt Roland will be releasing anything interesting any time soon. Why would they? They've discovered a winning formula that works as a business model. They don't want to be the cool piece of analog gear in someone's studio. They want to be the versatile performance/workstation ROMpler/VA that you use on tour or for your church. Trust me, I agree it's a shame, but that's that. I'd love to be wrong but I bet I'm not.
