Thanks guys! I need versatility really so I dont know if omni's are the way to go. Really I want them for 'reinforcement' and detail for small ensembles, rooms in general, piano, field + outdoor recording, and for reamped sources like keyboards and synths to provide true stereo early reflections to help with some drama and depth. So precision at low levels is very important to me. Those earthworks look intriguing indeed. Cheers for the recommendations
