Most are in the top left of the picture even though a ton of the guitar pedals work great with bass also:

Sansamp Bass Driver
EBS BassIQ
EH Bass Mig Muff (bottom left)

All the pedals are velcro'd to the wall in my home studio so they are very very accessible quickly. I also have 5 combo amps (DC50, JCM800, Old Princeton, Rebel30, AC15). Getting good guitar tones is so much easier when you have the right stuff.
