First off, your vocalist has a lovely voice--and I think you could do some really cool processing on her vocals (the harmonic layering is really nice though) to make her sound more "digital" (I personally like the digital sound i.e. massive reverb, delays, chopped samples but you may not.)

I'm not a fan of dubstep, but your original mix is the best of the lot in my opinion. The bass synth is mean (although it's just a little ringy/highendy but that's just a preference) and the kick is really driving. Overall I'd say it's one of the best original tracks I've heard someone post on this site. You've got lots of potential.

And don't lose that singer! I'd LOVE to be able to get an original vocal from a voice that nice.
