There is a question you have to ask yourself at some point... that question is the value of your time. I know a joint that has them in stock... but they're more expensive than the joint where you'll have to wait 8-12 weeks... is your waiting time worth the savings or is your music of enough value to you to move ahead with your acquisition?
No harm no foul either way... but it's a personal decision you will [or maybe should] have to make.
