| I built it...and they came.
Ive spent the better part of a year building a 4 (soon to be 5) room studio. The last few details are about to be finished. Without any advertising or even having our website completed, I am being bombarded by clients. I wasnt expecting this by any means...but it feels so good.
I did this the right way...step by step. The legal way...the right way.
There can still be hope. I wish everyone the best. I hope the good luck keeps coming my way. I hope it comes your way too...just as long as you're not anywhere near me!
