I would go to your local music store and try out a Rode & Blue Yeti condenser mic. I think the Yeti is surprisingly great for a mic under $100. I had a voice over person come over recently and she preferred the Yeti to a Neumann u87ai! Getting a sound you like will depend on what works for your voice, so try before you buy!
