Just bought this Otari off eBay and as you can see two of the safe/record toggles are missing somehow.

I have two questions:

1) Where can I buy these switches, and/or can I use any regular two-position toggle switch in place of them?

2) How do I get to the damn things? Looked in the manual (see exploded view below) but I can't figure out how to get that front plate off, short of dismantling the ENTIRE machine, which I'd rather not do if it's not necessary.
