If you need the money take a bit of bs from people. Sometimes you can become their doormat if you don't stand up to them. The only possible way to stop it if you need the money and sort of like the guy is to stand up to him next time he starts in. Stand up and look him right in the eye. I like working with you,but if you don't have confidence in my abilities we can stop?
It's a real fine line. I have a bad temper but when I blow up at clients it doesn't work if not worded good GT.
