Those RS piezos sound terrible. I've made acoustic guitar pickups out of them, very thin and whiny, poor LF response. If that's the sound you
want for a plate transducer then it might be just the thing. But for overall tone... nope.
Maybe consider something like K&K, Trance Audio, PUTW.... more $ than RS though.
